Cari Rincker grew up on a beef cattle farm in Shelbyville, Illinois. She graduated with an A.S. in Agriculture from Lake Land College in Mattoon, Illinois, a B.S. in Animal Science from Texas A & M University in College Station, Texas, a M.S. in Ruminant Nutrition from the University of Illinois in Urbana, Illinois, and a J.D. from Pace University, School of Law in White Plains, New York. Cari is the principal at Rincker Law, PLLC with an office in Champaign, Illinois.

After spending over 10 years in New York City, Cari has relocated back to Illinois and is rediscovering her home. Cari enjoys photography and blogging. Cari is still active on her family’s Simmental operation in Central Illinois. Cari loves sports, street art, nature, cooking, and exploring. Follow along with Cari as she discovers Illinois again.
